36" x 12" Titan Outdoor Marine Grade Decking
Titan Deck is a rugged polypropylene outdoor decking material that provides a long-lasting, strong, good looking and non-slip walking surface. Made of 100% polypropylene, Titan Decking will never rot, warp, dent, splinter or bend and will never need painting or staining. It is a UV-protected, bare-foot friendly decking that stays cool in extreme temperatures and fits most docks or piers. The UV-protection also will help prevent significant fading and will handle any wild weather changes and has been tested in temperatures between -25°F to 120°F. These decking panels will withstand most climates.
Titan decking is a top choice for many commercial and residential boat piers, marinas, and marine docks. The non-slip surface makes it a great decking option for gangways and stairways and docks that could potentially be wet. These panels will add to the appearance, safety and durability of your dock system or walkway.

INSTALLATION
Decide how you plan to install your Titan Deck, whether you are going to install it board by board or make pre-assembled panels. Titan Deck recommends that you do not make your panel assemblies any larger than two people can physically and safely lift. If you are using them on a dock system and are building panels with multiple boards, we recommend assembled panels of four to six boards for easier installation or removal of your dock at the beginning or end of each season.
It is also very important to space the boards correctly and to allow for expansion and contraction. When laying out the boards, place the boards so they overlap on to each other, leave approximately 1/8” between each board for expansion. It is also recommended that you clamp boards to prevent movement while you screw them down. Drive the screw or bolt all the way through making sure the head of the screw or bolt is flush with the Titan Dock. Be careful not to overtighten which can damage your new decking panel.
FASTENERS
Recommended screws are 2” 12-24 square drive waffle head zinc plated tec screw or equivalent for both aluminum or wood structure. For steel docks, a bolt and nut is recommended for installing Titan Deck boards or panel assembly. 2” to 3” zinc plated or stainless bolt or longer depending on the thickness of your metal dock and whether you are installing individual Titan Deck boards or panels.
