PREMIUM RECWATER® 24' x 120" CANOPY COVER CRAFTLANDER STANDARD FRAME

Our 24' x 120" aftermarket RECwater® replacement Craftlander boat lift canopy covers are specifically designed to fit existing standard style Craftlander 24' x 120" canopy frames. Each comes complete with canopy cover, attaching hardware and a storage bag.

RECWater® material is one of the best marine-grade materials available in the canopy cover market today. This material is made by starting with a premium, commercial weight 9 oz, solution-dyed acrylic fabric. This fabric undergoes a "Blade Over Roller Coating" process that involves pouring molten liquid vinyl over the fabric that is drawn off with a blade to provide an even coating. The vinyl is then cured and heat set in a finishing range. This process allows the vinyl to soak into the fabric material to create an exceptionally strong bond to the fabric. The PVC coating applied is custom colored to match the acrylic fibers which provides you with a rich, elegant-looking fabric with great waterproof performance and dimensional stability. The material choice and production process are what make the RECwater® material an excellent choice for marine applications. (Canopy frame not included)

CANOPY ATTACHMENT SYSTEM

When you order a new replacement canopy cover, we include Bungee Attaching Hardware so that you can secure the cover to your canopy frame.  Heavy duty nylon webbing material is sewn around the perimeter of the canopy cover. Webbing straps have metal "O" attached at the ends that secure to a hooked bungee. The hook end of the bungee secures to the square cross ribs of the canopy frame. 

CRAFTLANDER CANOPY FRAME MEASURING ASSISTANCE

Below we have provided an image that illustrates how to measure your canopy frame in order to determine the proper size cover.  Craftlander standard series canopy frames have rounded ends and a slight upward dome shape peak.  Canopy side frame rails are constructed of L-channel aluminum and square tube width spanning bows.

• Length Measurement:  Outside length of the lower canopy rail on a centerline from front to back
• Width Measurement:  Inside width of lower canopy rail on a centerline from left to right

Important Note:  Canopy covers are custom and built to order, each is specfic to the frame make and size.  It is important that the correct make and size canopy cover is ordered. Canopies returned due to incorrect size or make ordering errors are subject to restocking fees and in some cases may not be returnable.  If replacing an existing cover, check for a canopy tag for size information or contact the canopy frame manufacturer.  If you have any fit related questions after reviewing measuring instructions, please contact us.
