MaxDock MSA410 - Signature Series 4' x 10' Anodized Aluminum Dock Section
The Max Dock 4' x 10' Aluminum Dock sections are maintenance free, lightweight dock sections that are designed to resemble a boardwalk. The sections come standard Anodized which keeps them cool to the touch even in direct sunlight. Aluminum dock also provides a sleek look with excellent durability and will last a lifetime.
Max Standard Signature dock has the same high quality features of Max Standard dock with the added esthetic appeal of anodized stringers in the vinyl decking dock and anodized stringers and aluminum walk panels in the all aluminum dock.
Each Signature section starts with a heavy duty extruded, anodized stringer designed specifically for each tread panel that makes up the walking surface, be it anodized aluminum or vinyl decking. A Aluminum "MAX Stack Frame" superstructure of double hollow, triple hollow or single hollow tubing is fitted within the stringers to support the panels, adding tremendous strength and rigidity to the dock section. The Max Stack Frame superstructure is a critical step in producing a high quality dock which last for decades and produces an exceptional walk and secure feel.

"What does Anodized mean?" Anodizing is an electrolytic passivation process used to increase the thickness of the natural oxide layer on the surface of the aluminum. When this is done, it is like adding a clear coat to the aluminum that keeps it protected and from corrosion and discoloring. Raw or Non-Anodized aluminum discolors over time and can transfer a black reside to skin or clothes. Anodizing increases corrosion resistance, wear resistance and also keeps aluminum from discoloring.
