CanDock HD Bollard Cleat for Gray Dock

The H.D. Bollard Cleat is a heavy-duty cleat made of stainless steel, designed for larger boats. It comes with Gray pins for installation.

How It Installs

1. Select the Location: Identify the desired location for the H.D. Bollard Cleat on your dock.
2. Remove Existing Pins: Take out the four (4) regular connecting pins surrounding the selected cube.
3. Insert New Pins: Place the four (4) connecting pins with the included 5/8" threaded rods into the designated positions. Begin tightening by hand.
4. Secure Pins: Use the G2 key for connecting pins to manually tighten the threads until snug. Avoid over-tightening.
5. Prepare Cleat Placement: Remove the nuts and washers from the threaded rods.
6. Install the Cleat: Position the H.D. Bollard Cleat over the threaded rods and secure it by tightening the nuts and washers using a 15/16" wrench.
7. Apply Anti-Seize Grease: To ensure smooth maintenance and prevent seizing, apply anti-seize grease to the threaded rod/nut assemblies.

Important Notes

• Placement: Do not install the H.D. Bollard Cleat at the outermost edge of your dock. Position it at least one (1) cube inside the perimeter.
• Tightening: Ensure all pins and fasteners are securely tightened without overtightening to avoid damage.
