CanDock Stiffening Beams for JetSlide 115" System
The Stiffening Beams are used with JetSlide systems to help keep the blocks tight and straight when a boat pulls onto the unit. The 115" system works across 6 cubes.
To determine the number of Stiffening Beams needed for your configuration, use the following ratio: 1 Stiffening Beam for every 1,000 lbs of the vessel's weight. For example, a boat with a wet weight of 2,000 lbs requires 2 Stiffening Beams.
HOW TO USE
- Insert the Stiffening Beam Assembly onto the pre-installed Bolt for Cube and Nut assembly using the provided hardware (bolt, washers, and nut).
- Holding the very end of the threaded rods, slide the beam underneath the system, starting from the rear.
- Install the beams at the front first, then work your way to the back if additional beams are required.
- Once properly aligned, secure the beam to the Bolt for Cube using the hardware kit supplied with the bars.
- Insert the threaded rods through the Bolt for Cube and manually engage the washers, lock washers, and nuts.
- Adjust the beam's position to ensure it is perfectly perpendicular to the JetSlide(s).
- Avoid over-tightening the stabilizer bars, as excessive pressure on the tabs may cause damage to the JetSlide(s).
