This cover model is designed specifically to fit existing 26' x 108" ShoreStation OEM aluminum canopy frames. Each canopy cover order includes bungee attaching hardware and a storage bag.

RECwater® material is one of the best marine-grade materials available in the canopy cover market today. It is made from a premium, commercial weight 19 oz, solution-dyed acrylic fabric. This fabric undergoes a "Blade Over Roller Coating" process where molten liquid vinyl is poured over the fabric and drawn off with a blade to provide an even coating. The vinyl is then cured and heat set. This process allows the vinyl to soak into the fabric, creating an exceptionally strong bond. The PVC coating is custom colored to match the acrylic fibers, providing a rich, elegant look with excellent waterproof performance and dimensional stability. The material choice and production process make RECwater® an excellent choice for marine applications.

QUICKLASH CANOPY ATTACHMENT SYSTEM

When you order a new replacement canopy cover, we include Bungee Attaching Hardware so you can secure the cover to your canopy frame. Below is an overview of the attachment system present with cover options as described above.

The Quicklash canopy attachment system provides a user-friendly and easy-to-install design with increased strength and durability over traditional attachment systems. Sewn into the interior of the cover, Quicklash is a fabric strip with reinforced lacing holes to eliminate the need for grommets to secure the canopy. The Quicklash webbing is reinforced with Armor Bar, a high-tenacity polyester yarn that provides increased tear resistance and strength.

SHORESTATION CANOPY FRAME MEASURING ASSISTANCE

Below is an image illustrating how to measure your canopy frame to determine the proper size cover. ShoreStation aluminum canopy frames have 4" round aluminum side frame tubes extending from front to back. Inserted into the ends of the side frame tube is a bracket that secures two canopy bows to create the rounded canopy ends. The frame has a rounded peak top created by rounded canopy bows connected on each end to the 4" round side frame tube. When measuring the length, measure the length of the 4" canopy frame side tube and add two feet to that measurement. The length of the side tube plus two feet equals the proper canopy length required.

• Length Measurement: Length of 4" round aluminum side tube Plus 2 feet
• Width Measurement: Inside width of lower canopy rail on a centerline from left to right

Important Note: Canopy covers are custom and built to order, each specific to the frame make and size. It is important to order the correct make and size canopy cover. Canopies returned due to incorrect size or make ordering errors are subject to restocking fees and may not be returnable. If replacing an existing cover, check for a canopy tag for size information or contact the canopy frame manufacturer. Occasionally products purchased on our website are returned by customers. Many times due to ordering error, or simply because they have changed their mind. In addition, sometimes an open box item was used as a display/floor model or used for product photography purposes. Open-box items are a great way to save some money on a product that is in "Like New" or "Lightly Used" condition. Open box items have been discounted from the original price and have been inspected for functionality and cleanliness and are free of major flaws. Flaws, if present, will be minor. The original box or packaging may not be included.
