LARGE OR SKI BOAT HULL BUNK KIT

This large or ski boat hull bunk kit allows you to add full length carpeted hull bunks to your boat lift and works for lifts up to a 6000 lb capacity.  This kit works well for ski boats or wakeboard boats and other larger deep V-hull boats or boats with underside skegs.  Our kit provides the brackets, mounting hardware, and carpet is optional.

This kit requires the customer to provide two 2" x 6" x 10' OR 2" x 6" x 12' pieces of lumber.

KIT INCLUDES

• 8 - Aluminum Uprights (Bars)
• 4 - Connecting Blocks
• 16 - 1/2" Bolts and Nuts
• 8 - 3/8" Carriage Bolts, Nuts and Washers
• 4 - Nylon Spacers (5" Kit Only)
• 2 - 12' x 16" Marine Carpet Strips Optional

These kits can be ordered to fit various sizes of cradle rack beams. To determine which kit would be required for your application please measure both the width and height of the horizontal cross member where this kit attaches.
 

KIT OPTIONS

• 2" Kit Option: Crossmember dimensions - 2" width by 4" to 7" height
• 3" Kit Option: Crossmember dimensions - 3" width by 4" to 7" height
• 4" Kit Option: Crossmember dimensions - 4" width by 4" to 7" height
• 5" Kit (actual width 5.25") Option: Crossmember dimensions - 5.25" width by 4" to 7" height or for a ShoreStation SS26108A and SS36108A models with 5.25" I-Beam

IMPORTANT NOTE

This kit requires that the front and rear crossmember on the boat lift be attached to each other. This kit is not to be used on a boat house lift or piling mount lift unless the front and rear lifting beams are connected.
