WATERCRAFT SUPPORT OPTIONS
This hoist can be equipped with a variety of support hardware options. The following options are designed for particular watercraft hull designs. Watercraft support options include complete hardware kits that are mounted to the moving cradle of the lift and are in contact with and provide support to your boat.
11' Aluminum / Vinyl Hull Bunks - This configuration is well suited for single hull designs including flat bottom, round bottom, and deep-V hull designs. This option includes two individual 11' aluminum extrusion bunk rails with tapered entry ends. They are covered with a non-abrasive vinyl and come with bracket hardware. Aluminum/Vinyl bunks are maintenance free and do not trap lake sediment like older style carpeted lumber bunks.
14' Aluminum / Vinyl Hull Bunks - This configuration is well suited for single hull designs including flat bottom, round bottom, and deep-V hull designs. This option includes two individual 14' aluminum extrusion bunk rails with tapered entry ends, covered with a non-abrasive vinyl and come with bracket hardware. Aluminum/Vinyl bunks are maintenance free and do not trap lake sediment like older style carpeted lumber bunks.
Pontoon Rail Kit - This configuration is typically used on Pontoons and in some cases with Tritoon boat designs. One of the most traditional systems used, the pontoon rail kit includes four vertical cradle mounted bracket assemblies. Once installed, lumber boards are attached to the bracket assemblies which then act as a support surface your boat's under-deck. Pontoon rack systems such as this have been widely used for a number of years due to the basic design and user friendliness.
Pontoon Rack Kit - This configuration is typically used on Pontoons and Tritoon boat designs. This kit features 4 aluminum rack platforms that support the underside of your toons. Each individual rack provides support in 3 locations across the toon. Racks can be horizontally adjusted across the cradle beam.
Pontoon Cradles - This configuration is typically used on Pontoon boat designs. This kit features 4 aluminum V-cradles that allow for the installation of 2" x 6" lumber boards that span front to back across the lift. Pontoon cradles bolt on and are non-adjustable, once installed they support the underside of your toons. Cradles are the most economical option available for supporting your pontoon.
Tritoon Cradles - This configuration is typically used on Tritoon boat designs. This kit is similar to the "Pontoon Cradles" but features six aluminum V-cradles that allow for the installation of 2" x 6" lumber boards that span front to back across the lift. The outside cradles bolt on and are non-adjustable, and the center cradles are height adjustable. Once installed they support the underside of your toons. Cradles are the most economical option available for supporting your Tritoon.
EXTENSION LEG OPTIONS
Freestanding lifts such as this model utilize four independently adjustable legs which are inserted into the corner columns of the hoist. When installed they allow you to adjust the height of the lift at each of the corners so that you can achieve a level plane across the hoist. Attached to each leg is a large base pad that will rest on the lake bottom.
3' Standard Extension Legs - standard legs extensions include 36" legs equipped with foot pads. This option is best suited for water depths up to 6.5'.
5' Extension Legs - These 5' extension legs equipped with foot pads. This is a good option for those with water depths between 5' - 8'.
7' Exension Legs - These 7' extension legs equipped with foot pads. This option is select by those with "deep water" conditions ranging from 6' - 10'. Depending on the actual water depth and how far the legs need to extend down from the hoist frame, there may be a requirement for an additional leg brace kit. Leg brace kits are required when 5' of the extension leg is exposed.
Lift Screw Adjustable Legs - Take the hassle out of leveling your lift! Level your lift and stay dry with our new screw-adjustment leg system. A cordless drill allows quick lift height adjustment with fluctuating water levels. 30” of lift height adjustment made easy without entering the water. This option is not for everyone, and is best suited for those in areas where water levels frequently change in excess of 12" with short notice.
LOAD GUIDE OPTIONS
Loading guides are optional accessories that can be added to your hoist at any time. They are highly recommended for those in rough and windy areas or for inexperienced drivers. They are designed to assist with leaving and parking your boat, by providing a "guide" aid to keep you centrally located within the hoist frame.
Double PVC Guide On - Mounted to the corners of the rear cradle beams, the Double PVC Guide-Ons are vertical upright post bumpers that are positioned to rear of the beam they are attached to. Each guide provides two points of contact to keep you safely positioned to the center of the hoist. This kit is sold in pairs of two assemblies that are designed to be used on the rear end of the lift.
11' Full Length Guides - Unique 11' aluminum and carpeted guide rails with extended flare design allows for easy entrance into your lift in wind and waves. They adjust horizontally and vertically for a perfect fit. Please note, this guide system may cause damage to boat decals if they make rubbing contact with decals.
14' Full Length Guides - Unique 14' aluminum and carpeted guide rails with extended flare design allows for easy entrance into your lift in wind and waves. Bow Stop - Bring your boat to a stop in the perfect position every time. Attached to the front cradle rack beam, the heavy duty padded bow stop will help prevent your boat from overrunning the lift.
Motor Stop - Bring your boat to a stop in the perfect position every time. The motor stop is attached to your rear cradle rack beam. When installed its designed to prevent your driver from passing through the hoist.
