All orders require a minimum 36 hour processing time prior to shipment. Please review the following information below regarding the shipment of orders during this time period.

Due to the variety custom/scarcely allocated products that we offer, multi item orders may require that your order may be received in several packages from different locations. In some cases during this time frame orders may require direct shipment from the manufacturing factory and may be slightly delayed.

Orders that require LTL freight transportation are subject to a 7-20 business day processing and custom packaging lead time. We take great care and investment in our freight packaging to ensure that your product is received  intact and undamaged. Please allow us the time to make sure that your order is properly packaged. 

We request that you please do not send inquiries requesting expedited shipment of orders. Orders are shipped as promptly as possible and at a "first come, first serve basis". Once an order has shipped, transportation times may vary depending on delivery location and required shipping method.
