Once you have logged into your account you check your order history, shipping status, and any special notes regarding your orders. Before contacting us directly, we strongly recommend your check your account for any updated order status notes.
Ordering Notes:
Many small package orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-6 business days. In some cases extended lead times occur for non-popular/ rare or custom part items. Please review the product listing found for items ordered for a more accurate shipment lead times. Please ask that you do not request expedited shipping, in most cases this option is not available and cannot be guaranteed.
Please note: Orders with multiple item numbers may and often times require shipment from more than one location. If your order requires shipment from more than one location, packages may not arrive on the same day. It is possible that tracking information may be delayed if direct drop shipment is required for your order.
Freight / Large & Oversized Item's: Processing & Packaging may and can take 10-25 business days for items to ship out that require LTL freight transportation.
Once an order has shipped, transportation times may vary depending on delivery location and required shipping method.
LTL Freight Order Deliveries: All LTL freight order deliveries require on-site recipient approved signature and package off-loading assistance. If a change of address or extended storage requests is made, additional charges may apply. Residential freight deliveries will be provided with call ahead freight delivery notifications. Please note that off-loading assistance and package acceptance signature is required for freight shipment orders.
